1. Physical Products
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.Â
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.Â
- Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, custom-made products, clearance items) are non-returnable.Â
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.Â
- Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).Â
2. Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.Â
- Refunds will only be issued if the product was not delivered or is proven defective (e.g., corrupted file, download error).Â

3. Subscriptions & Services
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.Â

- Free trials (if offered) convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.Â
