1. Physical Products

- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, custom-made products, clearance items) are non-returnable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
2. Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
- Refunds will only be issued if the product was not delivered or is proven defective (e.g., corrupted file, download error).

3. Subscriptions & Services
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

- Free trials (if offered) convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
